The short version: a dramatic entryway with a curved staircase, a chef’s kitchen, a great room with seating for up to 20 people including the oversized island seating. A rooftop patio with two sun loungers and a cocktail height table with four stools, an intimate front veranda with two sets of comfy swivel chairs and still features generous space for staging drinks and snacks. Event options: Photo shoots, cooking related activities/events, team, meetings, retreats, workshops. The long version: Walking up to the house you will see a white breeze block wall and an oversized hand stained front door. In the entryway, you will find yourself staring through the stairs, as if they are floating on the dramatic curved staircase in a light bright entryway filled with art and a piano. Should you need a pianist to set a musical mood I’m happy to recommend one. At the top of the curved staircase, you will find a great room filled with sunshine and ocean views. With a chef’s kitchen featuring double ovens, 48 inches of cooktop, induction and gas, a 10’ x 5’ island that seats six, along with a 12 foot window featuring those ocean views! And if you want an ocean breeze, all 12 feet of that window disappears into the wall behind the built-in 48” of refrigerator & freezer. An espresso machine is also built in for all of your group’s coffee, espresso, and latte needs. You may have walked past the living space when you came up the stairs because the kitchen drew you in but when you turn around, you will find a three seater sofa with two comfortable swivel chairs flanking the sofa in front of a 65” brand new TV. In the great room there is also along a built-in corner bench that can comfortably seat two or three. There is another bench in the room that can be positioned for additional seating. *For previous events we have added two temporary tables to provide table seating for an additional 12 people (+ another 6 at the island).
