Every area of our studio is cleaned and reset before and after each booking to ensure a professional, hygienic, and comfortable experience for all guests. ⸻ 🧹 General Cleaning (Daily & Between Rentals) • Floors throughout the studio are swept, vacuumed, and mopped daily • All high-touch surfaces — including light switches, door handles, tables, chairs, and grip equipment — are disinfected with hospital-grade cleaner • Trash bins are emptied and liners replaced after every rental • All props, furniture, and shared surfaces are wiped down and returned to default layout ⸻ 📸 Photography Sets • All five portrait sets are cleaned, dusted, and reset before and after each use • Boudoir, family, and grass wall areas are given extra attention to detail • Seamless paper rolls are trimmed or replaced as needed to ensure a clean background ⸻ 🎬 Film Sets (Bar, Motel, Construction) • Each film set is wiped down and re-dressed to default styling after use • Props and set dressing are sanitized and stored properly • Bar counters, stools, and seating areas are thoroughly cleaned ⸻ 🧪 The Nexus Lab • Cryo chambers, props, and test tables are cleaned and reset • Fog and lighting equipment are checked and wiped down • All surfaces are disinfected after use, including interactive props ⸻ 🎙️ Podcast Studio • Microphones, headphones, chairs, tables, and camera equipment are sanitized between each session • Floors are vacuumed and all surfaces are wiped with electronics-safe disinfectant ⸻ 💄 Green Room / Makeup Area • Vanities, chairs, and countertops are wiped down and disinfected daily • Hair and makeup waste is removed after every use • Mirrors are cleaned and lights are dusted regularly ⸻ 🍽️ Kitchen & Guest Lounge • Kitchen counters, fridge handles, and water stations are sanitized • Dishes are either single-use or cleaned after each use
