Facilities & Features -Four restrooms (two on ground floor, two on 3rd floor) -Filtered water stations on both floors — skip the bottled water hassle -Customizable lighting system to match your event’s tone -Professional sound system and acoustic design ideal for both conversation and music -Additional spaces (like our private rooms and extra lounges with two more restrooms) are available as add-ons 🍸 Hosting Made Easy You’re welcome to bring your own alcohol for private, non-ticketed events. For ticketed events or paid bars, we can help coordinate a one-day liquor permit — complete with licensed bartenders and compliance support. From lighting to logistics, everything here is designed to make hosting effortless so you can focus on what matters most: your guests and the experience you’re creating. Smoking only in outdoor areas. We are flexible to many different event types - just ask. We do have special rules for events where tickets will be sold, or where alcohol will be sold to guests - please let contact us before booking if either of those is the case. We require a final list of attendee names no later than 24 hours prior to the event. Our on-site event coordinator will assist with checking in and welcoming your guests at the door. Please -no attaching decorations to walls or furniture -if you would like any furniture to be moved, please tell us prior to the event so our crew can move it for you, to avoid any damage to the walls & furniture -no fog / smoke machines, glitter or confetti -no candles or open flames -prior to leaving the space, please empty drinks into the sink, food into the trash, disposable items (cans, bottles etc) in recycling / trash bags, tie trash bags so they don't attract insects, and clean up any major messes or breakages. Other than major messes (food spills etc), you don't need to sweep / mop the floor, wipe down the furniture or take out the trash bags - that is covered by the cleaning fee and we will take care of it. Minimum booking duration for social events: -2 hours (Daytime) -4 hours (Sunday - Thursday evenings) -5 hours (Friday & Saturday evenings)
