We prepare the space thoroughly before each booking to ensure a clean, welcoming, and ready-to-use environment. All high-touch surfaces, seating areas, and common spaces are wiped down and sanitized prior to guest arrival. Floors in all event areas, classrooms, and hallways are swept, mopped, or vacuumed as needed. Tables and chairs are cleaned and arranged before each event, and restrooms are stocked and sanitized to maintain a comfortable experience for all guests. Trash cans are lined and ready for use throughout the facility. Guests are asked to remove all personal items, decorations, and event materials at the end of their booking and to place all trash in the provided bins. Our team will handle post-event sanitation, sweeping, mopping, and resetting the space for the next guest. This process helps us maintain a high standard of cleanliness and ensures that every booking begins with a fresh, orderly environment.
