Our Cleaning Process We take pride in offering a clean, professional environment for every guest. The Venue VB is thoroughly refreshed before each booking to ensure your meeting, training, or event begins in a pristine and welcoming space. Our cleaning process includes: Full surface sanitization of all tables, counters, and high-touch areas Disinfection of chairs, doorknobs, and shared equipment Vacuuming and floor cleaning to maintain a polished workspace Bathroom cleaning and restocking prior to each reservation Air circulation and freshening before guest arrival Trash removal and replacement of liners after every event Guest Responsibilities To help maintain the quality of the space and ensure a smooth experience for all guests, we kindly ask for the following: Leave the space in the same condition it was received. Dispose of all trash in the provided bins before departure. Clean up any food or drink spills immediately to avoid stains or damage. Return all furniture to its original placement unless otherwise discussed. Remove all personal items, décor, and equipment brought in for your event. Include all setup and breakdown time in your booking to avoid additional charges. These simple steps allow us to keep the venue consistently clean, organized, and ready for the next group. Optional Cleaning Fees For guests who prefer a more hands-off experience, we offer additional cleaning support: Light Cleanup Add-On: For events with light food, materials, or foot traffic. Post-Event Cleanup Add-On: Ideal for workshops, networking events, and trainings that require additional turnover. If you expect a larger group, heavier use, or catered food service, we recommend selecting one of these add-on cleaning packages to ensure a smooth and efficient reset. Please contact us in advance if you’d like to add cleaning services or discuss custom needs.

Les invités peuvent annuler leur réservation de 7 jours à 24 heures avant l'heure de début de leur événement et recevoir un remboursement de 50 % (frais non compris) du prix de leur réservation.
