This is a business center with rented offices at the rear of the property. The front area is great for small parties or corporate events. The layout consists of high ceilings with elegant lighting and accent walls, a wide-open floor plan of around 600 square feet with one table that seats 8, countertops with 6 stools along the perimeter, and 5 chairs with two small coffee tables. Access to a 100 square foot kitchen area with a sink, fridge, and coffee maker. There is also access to a bathroom with a toilet and sink. The floor to ceiling storefront windows lets in great light and makes for an amazing neighborhood atmosphere.
