To maintain the studio's pristine, professional vibe and ensure seamless turnovers, all renters are responsible for leaving the space spotless. We provide basic cleaning supplies (disinfectants, wipes, trash bags, brooms, mops, and vacuums) in the utility closet—feel free to use them. Failure to adhere may result in additional fees up to $150. Deep cleans by our team are available for an extra $100/hour. Before Your Booking Inspection on Arrival: Walk through with your host (or via video if self-check-in) to note any pre-existing issues. Report them immediately via Peerspace messaging. During your Session: Hygiene Basics: Wipe down all surfaces (tables, chairs, mirrors, carts) after each use with provided disinfectants. Use fresh paper towels or wipes—never shared cloths. Station Maintenance: Cover massage tables and chairs with disposable barriers (supplied) for beauty work. Dispose of single-use items (gloves, applicators) in labeled bins. Floor Care: Sweep or vacuum spills immediately. No food/drink near workstations to avoid stains on gray flooring.
