Our space is designed for musicians and music teachers to rehearse, teach, hold recitals, and collaborate, but it's so much more than that! This room is the loft. It is ideal for band rehearsals, recitals, drum lessons, and group lessons. It has a small stage that can be used for performances, a full drum kit, and a piano as well as a tv for presentations. Each room can be rented out individually by the hour or the building as a whole. On the main level we have three rooms, one with a grand piano, one with a piano, and the third with an organ and piano. In the loft there is a drum set and piano for use. Each room has plenty of chairs, music stands, and other basic equipment. Additional amps, mics, and other musical equipment available to rent for an additional cost. But musicians aren't the only ones we use our space. We welcome all creatives and teachers. From acting coaches to podcasters, our space can be used any way you like it. Price varies depending on room renting.
