Cleaning & Maintenance Policy The studio is professionally cleaned on a bi-weekly basis to maintain a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene. All guests are expected to help maintain the space by performing basic clean-up after each session. This includes disposing of trash, returning furniture and equipment to their original positions, and wiping down surfaces used during the booking. Guests must remove all personal items and production materials at the end of their reservation. Items left behind may be discarded. Food debris, spills, or excessive mess must be cleaned immediately. Any stains or damage should be reported as soon as possible. Cleaning supplies are provided for light maintenance and are intended for basic use only. The studio should be left in the same condition in which it was found. Failure to do so may result in an additional cleaning fee. The professional cleaning schedule does not replace guest responsibility. Excessive dirt, spills, or misuse of the space may require additional cleaning at the guest’s expense.
