Our modern and upscale venue is the perfect setting for your next event. This brand-new, clean, and well-lit space is designed to comfortably accommodate up to 60 guests, making it ideal for celebrations, corporate outings, and private events of all kinds. Whether you're hosting an intimate gathering or a lively celebration, our versatile layout adapts seamlessly to your needs. With 1,000 square feet of open-concept space, the venue offers flexibility for a wide range of event setups and includes a beautiful built-in bar, perfecter serving drinks or creating a stylish focal point for your event. For entertainment and presentations, the space is equipped with a large flat-screen TV with HDMI compatibility and a Bluetooth speaker, making it easy to play music and show slideshows. Location & Accessibility We are conveniently located two blocks from 37th Street & Ashland Avenue in the Bridgeport neighborhood, just five minutes from Guaranteed Rate Field (White Sox Stadium). The venue is housed in a secure private building and offers free parking for guests. The space is handicap accessible and includes: - 2 restrooms - 2 elevators - Dock areas for easy loading and unloading Space Features - Seating for up to 60 guests - Sixty (60) chairs - Six (6) 60-inch round tables - Two (2) 6-foot rectangular tables - Built-in bar (can be used to serve drinks) - Four (4) barstools - Two (2) accent chairs - Champagne wall (must provide your own champagne & glasses) - Flat-screen TV - Bluetooth speaker - Coat rack - Cooler - Ice machine - Outside food allowed - BYOB permitted - Free parking - 2 restrooms - 2 elevators - Dock area for unloading Add-On Option We have a mini-kitchenette area located outside of the space, equipped with a sink and microwave—perfect if you prefer food prep or storage outside of the main event area. We take cleanliness and sanitation very seriously. The event space is thoroughly cleaned between every booking. to ensure that it is reset and ready for each guest. In addition to standard turnover cleaning, the venue undergoes a deep cleaning and full sanitization twice a week. This includes disinfecting all high-touch surfaces, restrooms, furniture, and common areas to main a consistently clean and welcoming environment. Our goal is to provide a safe, spotless, and well-maintained space so you can focus on enjoying your event with peace of mind.
