Inside, the space blends rustic textures with modern touches: open black rafters, warm Edison-bulb lighting, OSB feature walls, and wine-barrel accents framing a large flatscreen display. Comfortable rope-woven lounge seating surrounds low wood coffee tables, making conversation and screenings easy. Great For. Team offsites and retreats, brainstorms and workshops, watch parties or game nights, small panels, tastings and intimate celebrations, pop-ups, and photo/film shoots that want a modern-rustic backdrop with easy load-in. Features & Amenities. The barn features a wide glass slider for natural light and simple load-in, a large flatscreen TV that’s HDMI-ready for presentations, comfortable sofas and armchairs arranged around coffee tables, ambient Edison pendants with matching wall sconces, wine-barrel décor, sealed concrete floors that are great for rolling cases, two side-door access points, nearby patio hardscape for spillover or staging, and optional use of portable patio heaters (by request). Extra folding chairs, cocktail tables, patio setups, and basic cables/power strips can be provided as add-ons. Capacity (600 sq ft). Ideal lounge seating for 15–20 with existing furniture; up to 25 in presentation/theater style with additional chairs; and 30–40 for seated dinner.

Before each booking we reset the lounge and patio: high-touch surfaces are sanitized; floors are HEPA-vacuumed and mopped; furniture is wiped and re-set; TV/AV and lighting are dusted; restrooms (if included with your booking) are cleaned and restocked; and all trash from prior events is removed. After your booking, our team handles standard post-event cleaning.
