We offer "After-Hours" bookings (11:00 PM+) to keep the magic happening. After hours are booked at time and a half. 3 private dressing rooms Office room 15ft x 17ft Garage door in front for easy load in for large equipment. Make up room 17ft x 11ft Conference room 18ft x 13ft the table is 9ft long There are flood lights all around the space. 10+ guests have the entire parking lot for 10 cars (more on the grass if needed) NO VEHICLES are allowed inside Booking after 11:30pm is possible. Rates are time and a half. Please inquire. A NOTE ON FURNITURE The existing furniture is included at no extra cost. We can also arrange to have the space emptied, if required (Except conference room). Please note that any prior arrangements for furniture rental or delivery must be discussed with and approved by me beforehand. To ensure we can accommodate your specific needs, please message me to discuss them prior to booking. PS: A Note on Avoiding Additional Fees To prevent unexpected charges, PeerSpace mandates accurate reporting of your activity. Please ensure you report: The precise arrival time of the first person. The maximum number of people who enter the property at any point. The exact departure time of the last person. Fees to be aware of: Overtime: A fee (150% of the standard hourly rate), charged in 30-minute increments, will apply if your team arrives early or stays late. This includes all time spent on setup and breakdown. Excess Guests: Additional charges will be incurred if the number of people on-site exceeds the number specified in your final booking. Please verify the accuracy of your guest count before the day of your shoot. NUMBER OF GUESTS: The house is *NOT* available for special events, only film & photo shoots with minimal visitors.
