Before Your Arrival • The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized before every booking • High-touch surfaces are thoroughly disinfected • Fresh linens and towels are provided when applicable to your booking During Your Booking • Guests are expected to use the space respectfully • Please wipe up spills promptly and avoid activities that could cause excessive mess or damage At the End of Your Booking • Basic tidying is required before departure, including: • Placing trash in designated bins • Removing any food, beverages, or personal items brought into the space • Returning furniture and décor to their original placement • The space should be left in similar condition to how it was found Excessive Cleaning • A standard cleaning fee covers normal use • Additional cleaning fees may apply for excessive messes, stains, spills, trash left behind, or failure to follow house rules • Glitter, confetti, and similar materials are strictly prohibited due to cleanup difficulty We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a beautiful, welcoming space for all future guests.
