The space is professionally cleaned and sanitized before every booking. High-touch surfaces—including door handles, light switches, countertops, remotes, and bathroom fixtures—are thoroughly disinfected between reservations. Linens, towels, and soft furnishings are laundered using high-temperature cycles. Floors, kitchen surfaces, and bathrooms are carefully cleaned to ensure a fresh and welcoming environment for each guest. Guests are asked to leave the space in reasonably tidy condition at the end of their booking. Additional cleaning may be required if the space is left excessively dirty or if house rules are not followed.
