Unauthorized additional guests are not permitted and may result in additional fees or immediate termination of the booking. • Noise Policy: Music must be kept at a respectful level at all times and lowered after 9:00 PM in compliance with local noise ordinances. Failure to comply may result in immediate termination of the booking without refund. • Booking Time: Your booking time must include setup and cleanup. Overtime will be charged at 1.5x the hourly rate in 30-minute increments. • Cleaning: Guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition it was received. Standard cleaning is included; however, excessive mess, spills, stains, confetti, glitter, or any damage to furniture, walls, flooring, or décor will result in additional cleaning or repair fees. • Damage: Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their booking. Repair or replacement costs will be charged accordingly. • Setup & Decorations:Decorations are welcome but must not damage walls, paint, or furniture. No nails, screws, or permanent adhesives. Only painter’s tape or removable command strips are allowed. • Balloons are welcome as decorations; however, intentional popping of balloons inside the venue is strictly prohibited due to building noise regulations. • Furniture: Furniture must be handled with care and returned to its original position before the end of the booking. • Security Camera: A security camera is installed in the main studio area to ensure compliance with guest count, booking time, and house rules.
