This sunlit, upstairs 2-bedroom, 1-bath apartment offers a warm, residential setting ideal for photo shoots, content creation, small meetings, and intimate dinners or gatherings. This 1910s home is thoughtfully styled with a calm, neutral aesthetic that photographs beautifully and feels inviting without being over-designed.
The layout includes a bright living room, a dedicated dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, and a full bathroom along with a work-from-home desk den area and relaxing sunroom/playroom area. The living and dining areas work especially well for lifestyle shoots, product photography, interviews, or seated dinners for small groups (fits 6 comfortably). Bedrooms can be used for staging, wardrobe, or additional shooting setups.
Natural light fills the space throughout the day, making it well-suited for daytime shoots. The home features clean lines, cozy textures, and a relaxed atmosphere that works well for both creative and professional use.
Optional baby/toddler props available upon request, including a high chair and infant bassinet/temporary crib. These items are intended for photo and video shoots only. Guests are responsible for child supervision at all times. No childcare services are provided.
This space is best suited for low-key, respectful gatherings and creative projects. It is not intended for large events, parties, or any explicit content.

I am a firm believer that wedding days should come with a photographer that takes stress off your plate rather than adding to it, that family and portrait sessions should be fun - not stressful, and that newborn sessions should be beautiful and safe! I promise you that you will only here me say “cheese” during your family’s session if your kids just asked me what my favorite food is. You also won’t see me get frustrated or impatient with your newborn who may not want to immediately settle for me. That’s so normal, and completely okay. If anything, it’s to be expected!
As a mom, I understand that kids (and babies) need to have the space to be themselves in order to get the best shot. The space is thoroughly cleaned and reset between every booking, with high-touch surfaces, the kitchen, bathroom, and common areas carefully cleaned and disinfected. Floors are vacuumed and mopped, trash is removed, and the space is inspected to ensure it is ready for the next guest. Guests are expected to leave the space in reasonable condition; excessive mess or rearrangement may incur additional cleaning fees.
