This is a private, DIY creative studio located inside Total Access Rehearsal in Redondo Beach, available exclusively during off-hours for quiet, focused work. The space is designed for songwriting, music production, podcasting, voiceover, content creation, and editing sessions — ideal for demo recording, podcasts, and focused creative work. The room features a professional self-service setup including an iMac workstation, Universal Audio Apollo interface, Mojave microphone, studio monitors, MIDI keyboard, acoustic treatment, and comfortable seating. This is a fully independent, self-operated space — no engineer or staff is included. Due to proximity to the main rehearsal room, availability is limited to early mornings and late nights only, outside of standard rehearsal hours. This ensures an ideal environment for recording, writing, and creative work without distractions. Guests should be comfortable operating recording software and equipment on their own. You may bring your own engineer or collaborator if desired.
