Sanitizing and polishing high-touch areas, countertops, appliances, and fixtures throughout the kitchen, bathrooms, and living spaces
Dusting and wiping down surfaces, including volume ceilings, furniture, and decor
Cleaning and refreshing the saltwater pool area, enclosed patio, and outdoor deck
Emptying trash, replacing liners, and ensuring all common areas (entrances, bathrooms, kitchen) are spotless and guest-ready
Included in Your Booking: A standard cleaning fee is built into the hourly rate (or listed separately—adjust as you set pricing). This covers basic post-event restoration to return the estate to its beautiful, move-in-ready state.

Leave the space in the same condition as found (tidy up personal items, remove all trash/debris, and place used dishes/glassware in the sink or dishwasher if applicable)
Remove all decorations, equipment, and personal belongings by the end of your booking time
For larger events or productions with heavier use (e.g., catering, extensive setups), an additional cleaning fee may apply at the host's discretion— we'll discuss this transparently during booking approval.
