The space is thoroughly cleaned and reset before and after every booking. High-touch surfaces, restrooms, lounge areas, and shared amenities are cleaned and sanitized to ensure a comfortable and welcoming environment for each guest. Prior to arrival, the space is inspected to confirm it is event-ready, with furniture arranged, floors cleaned, and all amenities refreshed. After each event, the space is fully reset to prepare for the next booking. Guests are expected to remove personal items, decorations, and outside catering materials at the end of their reservation and leave the space in generally tidy condition. Trash and recycling areas will be clearly identified for convenience. Our goal is to provide a clean, polished space that allows hosts to focus on their event while feeling confident in the environment they’re welcoming guests into.
