A standout feature of the studio is the dual Impact Varipole backdrop system with 3-roll capacity, allowing you to keep multiple seamless colors mounted and ready to drop in seconds. Savage seamless paper is available in 53", 86", and 107" widths, giving you flexibility depending on your subject or framing. The studio operates as BYO lighting, allowing photographers and production teams to bring their preferred lighting equipment. To support your setup, the space includes V-flats, sandbags, lighting stands, and clamps so you can easily shape and control your light. For talent preparation, the space includes a dedicated hair and makeup station with a professional chair and daylight-balanced lighting. A small couch, round table, and assorted chairs and stools provide styled seating options for lifestyle portraits, branding sessions, or relaxed editorial looks. Load-in is simple and stress-free. The building has freight elevator access for easy load-in of gear, and one dedicated parking spot is included with your booking. Studio Layout Although the studio is 350 sq ft, the 12' x 29' layout provides strong shooting depth, allowing photographers to comfortably capture full-body portraits, headshots, and branding sessions. The 29-foot length gives plenty of distance between backdrop and camera, making it easy to work with seamless paper, lighting setups, and small crews without feeling cramped.
