The peaceful natural setting and vintage aesthetic make it an ideal backdrop for storytelling, artistic productions, and wellness retreats. What is the layout of the space and how can different areas be used? The home features a classic 5-bedroom layout with vintage charm and modern comfort. The spacious front porch and shaded back porch are ideal for welcome cocktails, lounging, or photo ops. Inside, the formal dining room, adorned with original artwork and historic family photos, is perfect for catered dinners, meetings, or stylized table settings. The living room, complete with a custom art wall and natural light, makes a cozy filming or content space. The upstairs bedrooms can serve as bridal and groom suites, makeup/hair stations, or changing rooms. Outside, over 5 acres of lush land offer opportunities for outdoor ceremonies, tent setups, picnic-style events, or garden photo shoots. The private driveway and gated entrance ensure both privacy and security for your event or production. We take cleanliness seriously and ensure the home is professionally cleaned between every guest stay. We hire a trusted, experienced cleaning team who follows a thorough checklist to sanitize and refresh the space from top to bottom. All linens and towels are washed in hot water, high-touch surfaces are disinfected, and the entire home is reset to provide a spotless and welcoming environment for each new guest. Your comfort and safety are our top priority.
