Before every arrival, the estate undergoes a comprehensive deep clean, which includes hospital-grade sanitization of all high-touch surfaces, HEPA-filtered vacuuming of all rugs, and a detailed polish of our floor-to-ceiling glass and architectural features. We prioritize a "neutral state" environment, ensuring the 6,000 sq. ft. interior is pristine, odor-free, and ready for immediate use. For our wellness suite and sauna, we employ specialized high-temperature steam cleaning and pH-balanced sanitizers to ensure a hygienic, spa-quality experience for all guests. For larger productions and multi-day events, our maintenance strategy extends beyond the interior to the entire 7-acre grounds. We ensure that the saltwater pool is chemically balanced and skimmed daily, while all outdoor seating and high-traffic "circus" areas are cleared of debris. Our dedicated team manages waste removal with professional efficiency, providing labeled bins for recycling and landfill to keep the property spotless during active shoots. Between back-to-back bookings, we enforce a strict ventilation and turnover period, allowing for a complete air exchange and a secondary "white-glove" inspection of the main villa and detached lounge.
