The Rosario Rooms is a detached, private 1930s-era home in the quiet Throggs Neck neighborhood of the Bronx, redesigned specifically for photographers, videographers, and creators who need variety and authentic character. With multiple room creative circuit and soaring 9.5-foot ceilings, this space offers an incredible range of "looks" within a single booking. From the classic elegance of original wooden floors and molding to a sprawling private garden and a sleek marble kitchen, your creative possibilities are endless. 📸 THE 10-ROOM CREATIVE CIRCUIT Our layout allows you to move through different "sets" to maximize your booking time: • The Exterior Brick Facade: A classic detached private brick house look perfect for bold brick look or "arriving home" lifestyle shots. • The SunRoom: Ultra-bright from 8am–4pm with four enormous windows and elegant French doors that lead to the Fireplace Room. • The Fireplace Room: A sophisticated, moody space featuring a classic (non-active) fireplace—ideal for strobes and portraits. This Room shares a Double French Door with the Sunroom. • The classic Pro-Studio Zone: Featuring our 9-foot wide seamless paper setup. (Available in multiple colors as an add-on). • The Designer Kitchen: A bright, galley-style kitchen with granite countertops and working appliances for lifestyle/food content. • The Patio Door Room: Features a bright bay window and sliding glass doors leading to the balcony. • The Balcony & Garden View: Overlooking our lush backyard; an elevated perspective for outdoor grass and evergreen trees. • The Secret Garden & Trellis: A massive backyard with real grass and arborvitae white trellis. (Note: Limelight Hydrangeas bloom white in July and turn reddish-brown in Sept/Oct). • 2nd Floor Master Room: Exceptional morning light (until 2pm) with 3 large windows in a row. • 2nd Floor SunSet Room: Located at the top-back of the house, catching direct sunlight from 12pm until sunset.
