Rental Timing & Overtime Policy
---------------------------------------------
Please note that your booking time includes everything - setup, shooting, and breakdown. Time begins when you arrive at the studio and ends once you have fully vacated the space.
To avoid overtime charges, we recommend booking extra time if needed. For example, if you expect 4 hours of shooting, consider booking 5 hours to allow time for setup and breakdown.
Overtime is charged at 1.5× your hourly rate and is billed in 30-minute increments.
Any additional time used beyond your scheduled end time will be billed accordingly, as it impacts subsequent bookings.
Studio Care
---------------------------------------------
To keep the studio in great condition for all guests, please do not walk on the curved portions of the cyc wall. These areas are clearly marked. Walking on the curves can cause cracking and surface damage.
- Repairs start at $100 per crack, as each repair requires resurfacing, drying, sanding, and repainting
- Following posted signage helps avoid any charges and keeps the space pristine for everyone
As an actively used production space, the studio will show normal signs of wear — minor scuffs, marks, or dirt are to be expected between sessions. If you require a freshly repainted cyc wall prior to your shoot, a $300 repainting fee applies. This must be requested and paid in advance of your booking date to allow adequate time for resurfacing and drying.
