This spacious, open-concept industrial studio in South Chicago is highly optimized for photography, film shoots, commercial productions, interviews, music videos, and digital content creation. Featuring a striking industrial aesthetic and clean marble-look floors, the venue provides an adaptable, blank-canvas backdrop. The space is split into two distinct levels, offering a perfect workflow solution for crews and talent: The Entry Level features a built-in counter area that works perfectly for client check-in, talent hair and makeup stations, wardrobe styling, or crew craft services. The Main Upper Floor: Just a few steps up, this massive, wide-open staging area features high ceilings and clean sightlines. It is ideal for building sets, arranging complex continuous lighting grids, framing multi-angle camera tracks, or staging large casts. Restrooms are conveniently located directly on this main production floor. We offer an upgraded technical environment to streamline your shoot. Multiple high-definition flat-screen TVs are hardwired into the space, featuring seamless mirroring (AirPlay, Chromecast, and HDMI) so they can be utilized as remote, real-time client monitors or playback screens.

I am a firm believer that wedding days should come with a photographer that takes stress off your plate rather than adding to it, that family and portrait sessions should be fun - not stressful, and that newborn sessions should be beautiful and safe! I promise you that you will only here me say “cheese” during your family’s session if your kids just asked me what my favorite food is. You also won’t see me get frustrated or impatient with your newborn who may not want to immediately settle for me. That’s so normal, and completely okay. If anything, it’s to be expected! As a mom, I understand that kids (and babies) need to have the space to be themselves in order to get the best shot. The space is professionally cleaned before each booking to ensure it is ready for your event. Guests are responsible for basic cleanup at the end of their reservation. This includes: Removing all personal items, decorations, and event materials Placing all trash in the designated trash bags and bins Disposing of all food and beverages (no food may be left behind) Returning furniture to its original placement Please leave the space in broom-swept condition. If excessive cleaning is required due to spills, food waste, or improper trash disposal, an additional cleaning fee may apply. All cleanup must be completed within your booked time. Extra time needed for cleaning beyond your reservation may result in additional charges.
