Jica Studios is a fully-furnished space curated by Jica Interiors. You'll have access to our full inventory of soft seating, bespoke tables + benches, art, chairs, kitchen amenities, private bathroom and space for up to 120 guests. ⸻ Tableware is Included Your booking includes access to our full inventory of dinnerware, flatware and glassware. We carry quantities large enough for any group size that fits the space. ⸻ Cleanup Add-On: $350 This option lets you skip post-event cleaning entirely. It includes full cleanup of the space and tableware so you can head out at the end of your event without lifting a finger. If you prefer to handle cleanup yourself, we provide all supplies, including garbage and recycling bins. Our dishwashers handle most tableware items, and anything else can be washed in our kitchenette sink. ⸻ The Space and Furniture Jica Studios feature south-facing light and chic designer furniture that work well for meetings, celebrations, dinners and photo shoots. Capacity - Up to 120 guests for standing, cocktail-style events - 24+ guests for seated dinners, meetings or workshops Furnishings - Three 8' dining tables - Six matching dining benches - Four sculptural lounge chairs - Resin coffee table - Two vintage lounge chairs - Vintage cabinet - Kitchenette with double sink, refrigerator, dishwasher and Keurig coffee maker. Features and Amenities - Street-level studio (no elevators, carts, or docks!) - High-speed internet - In-room heating and air conditioning - Sound system - Additional onsite industrial photo studio available - Cleaning supplies provided - Onsite garbage and recycling - Quick access to public transportation - Walkable to Willamette River boardwalk and Slabtown restaurants, bars and shops ⸻ Food and Drink We have no restrictions on food or drink. You’re welcome to bring your own or work with the caterer of your choice. While cooking in the space is not permitted and we do not supply any cooking devices, our kitchenette is perfect for prepared food, and New Seasons Market is just a ten minute walk away! Our cleaning fee covers this thorough preparation and standard upkeep between bookings. We ask that you treat the space with care! If anything doesn’t feel right upon arrival, please document it and let us know so we can make it right.
