The open layout offers clean sightlines and flexible staging options. The space is currently lightly furnished but can be cleared for a fully open production setup (furniture removal available for an additional fee). The loft is thoroughly cleaned and reset between all bookings. High-touch surfaces are wiped down prior to each reservation. Hand sanitizer, disinfectant spray, and paper towels are available on-site for guest use during your production. We ask that all guests leave the space in the condition it was found and remove all trash at the end of the booking.
