At 400 sq. ft., the studio is intentionally intimate and uncluttered—a simple white canvas designed for creating without the overhead of a large production space. The studio features a large industrial-style window with soft natural light, clean white walls and floors, and flexible open shooting space. THE SPACE The studio works best for intimate productions and crews of up to 8 people. Its minimal design allows photographers and creatives to easily transform the space without working around unnecessary furniture or décor. Come in, set your light, and make it yours. LOCATION + ACCESS Located in Long Island City / Dutch Kills, Queens with access to public transportation right on the corner. Free and metered street parking are available depending on time of day, with a paid parking lot nearby. Elevator access is available on the ground floor, making it super easy to load production equipment in and out. NATURAL LIGHT Our large industrial-style window provides beautiful natural daylight throughout the studio. Light conditions naturally vary by weather, season and time of day. We are working on adding blackout capability to the space very soon for more controlled lighting setups. GOOD TO KNOW The studio is not soundproof. While the building is generally quiet, occasional neighboring or building noise may be audible, so we do not recommend the space for productions requiring guaranteed clean audio. The studio is available 24/7 by reservation.
