The space is thoroughly cleaned and inspected prior to each booking to ensure it is presented in professional, shoot-ready condition. As this is an outdoor location in a residential neighborhood surrounded by mature trees, natural elements such as leaves or small debris may fall due to wind. The space is cleaned before each booking; however, completely debris-free conditions cannot be guaranteed at all times. Concrete and outdoor flooring may appear darker when wet from pool use, morning dew, or recent rain. This is a natural surface reaction and not considered a cleanliness issue. While the space is prepared prior to arrival, the host cannot guarantee completely dry outdoor surfaces following rain or pool activity. Indoor areas, including the studio/garage, bathroom, and hair & makeup station, are cleaned and sanitized between bookings. High-touch surfaces and equipment are inspected and reset before each use. Guests are expected to return the space in the same general condition it was received. Excessive mess, staining, or damage may result in additional cleaning fees.
