The Space The studio is approximately 850 square feet with multiple distinct areas that can be used together or as separate setups. Natural light flows throughout, with the solarium as the crown jewel — a sun-filled four-season room lined with plants that creates a lush, editorial backdrop unlike anything else in Northern Virginia. What Works Well Here The space is ideal for brand and product photography, headshot and personal brand shoots, content creation, wellness events such as yoga and sound baths, business coaching and VIP days, small team offsites and strategy sessions, workshops and intimate speaker events, and pop-up retail and trunk shows. The Areas The solarium is the most sought-after feature, sun-drenched, plant-lined, and endlessly versatile as a shoot location or gathering space. The porch offers a rare outdoor option, perfect for warm-weather shoots and relaxed gatherings. The Island is a beautifully styled client meeting space inside the studio, ideal for intimate setups, panels, or styled tablescapes. The private call room works well as a breakout space or a second shoot setup. The kitchenette keeps guests comfortable throughout the day.
