For smooth, professional workflows, the space includes a dedicated monitor stand for tethered photoshoots, along with powerful flash lighting and high-quality diffusers to help you shape the perfect light. Clients and crew can relax in our comfortable lounge area, while talent can get camera-ready at the makeup vanity desk. We prioritize a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for every guest. Before and after each booking, our team performs a thorough cleaning and disinfecting of the entire studio space. All high-touch surfaces—including door handles, tables, seating, equipment touchpoints, and restroom fixtures—are disinfected using professional-grade cleaning products. Floors are vacuumed and swept between bookings to ensure the space remains spotless and ready for use. We follow consistent turnover procedures so each renter arrives to a studio that has been freshly cleaned and reset. Hand sanitizer and basic cleaning supplies are also available in the studio for guest use during bookings. Maintaining a hygienic environment is part of our commitment to providing a comfortable, professional space for photographers, creatives, and clients. Our cleaning practices align with standard hosting expectations on platforms like PeerSpace to help ensure every guest enjoys a safe and well-maintained studio experience.

Standard 90 jours
Les invités peuvent annuler leur réservation jusqu'à 90 jours avant le début de leur événement et recevoir un remboursement intégral (y compris tous les frais) du prix de leur réservation. Les invités peuvent annuler leur réservation de 90 jours à 14 jours avant le début de leur événement et recevoir un remboursement de 50 % (frais non compris) du prix de leur réservation.
