With vastly different aesthetics under one roof, you can film several months of content in a single day against our scroll-stopping environments. Don't have your own camera crew? You can easily book one of our professional in-house staff photographers to shoot your session! To give you the best budget flexibility, your base rental secures exclusive use of ONE floor of your choice. Need both? You can easily unlock the second floor in our Add-Ons! Whether you are a solo creator or a large commercial crew, booking both floors allows you to shoot on one level while using the other for holding, catering, and video village. THE TWO SOUNDSTAGES: When you book, let us know which floor fits your vision: ✨ The Upstairs (Max Capacity: 75) – Moody, Maximalist & Immersive A highly curated wonderland dripping with color. This floor features unique, ready-to-shoot vignettes, stunning photo backdrops, overhead twinkly lights, and stylized lounge sets with all sorts of vintage furniture. The ambient lighting is intentionally dark and moody, making it an absolute dream for editorial shoots, stylized interviews, and productions that want complete lighting control (bring your light stands!). ☁️ The Downstairs (Max Capacity: 100) – Bright, White & Wide Open A stark white, industrial canvas built for scale. With soaring ceilings and white walls, this space boasts incredible bounced natural light during the day. It’s perfect for large commercial sets, music videos, or anything requiring a massive footprint. Enjoy pops of bright color with our colorful art installations, like our rainbow ribbon wall, as well as our colorful modern couches. Crucially for productions, this floor houses our gorgeous dressing room (perfect for HMU and Wardrobe) and two private bathrooms. CREW LOGISTICS & LOAD-IN: We are built on an incline, meaning both floors feature their own direct exterior entry ramps for effortless gear and equipment load-in. Note: The floors are connected internally by a steep fire escape and externally by a ramp.
