By reserving this space you agree to the following: 🧹 CLEANUP • Leave the space exactly as you found it — no exceptions • All trash must be bagged and placed in the bin provided • Any furniture moved must be returned to their original position. Props are allowed along with keeping with all the rules mentioned. • If you brought it in, take it out • A $50 cleaning fee will be charged for spaces left in poor condition 🚭 SMOKING & SUBSTANCES • Absolutely no smoking, vaping, etc or cannabis on the premises or within 50 feet of the property • No alcohol without prior written approval or permit 🔇 NOISE • This is a quiet residential neighborhood — please be respectful at all times • Music must be kept to a minimum (conversational volume only) • No loud speakers, subwoofers, or amplified sound (unless very tolerable in a neighborhood) • Keep voices at a reasonable level, especially during early morning or evening bookings • Noise complaints from neighbors may result in early termination of your booking with no refund 👥 GUESTS & CAPACITY • Only the number of people listed in your booking are permitted on the property • No additional guests, friends, or visitors beyond your confirmed headcount • Minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times 🚗 PARKING • Street parking only — do not block driveways or alleys • Guests are responsible for their own parking 📸 SHOOT CONDUCT • No open flames, fireworks, confetti, glitter, smoke machines, or fog machines without prior approval • No permanent alterations to the space (nails, paint, tape that damages surfaces) • Treat the space and surrounding property with care ⏰ TIME • Your booking time includes setup and breakdown — please plan accordingly • Overtime will be charged at 1.5x the hourly rate • Early arrivals are not permitted without prior arrangement 🚨 VIOLATIONS • Failure to follow these rules may result in immediate termination of your booking without refund • Any damages beyond normal wear will be billed to the renter Thank you for respecting the space and the neighborhood.
