Cleaning & Shared Stewardship Model We operate on a shared stewardship model. This is what allows us to maintain a high-quality space while keeping pricing accessible for everyone. What That Means Every guest plays a small role in maintaining the space. After your booking, we ask that you: • Return furniture to its original layout • Wipe down surfaces you used • Remove all food, drinks, and trash • Place trash in designated bins • Take any large or excess waste with you This keeps the space clean, consistent, and ready for the next guest. ⸻ Our Responsibility We don’t leave it all on you. We handle: Daily Resets • Space is checked and reset after bookings • High-touch surfaces are sanitized • Trash is managed Deep Cleaning (2x Per Week) • Floors, bathrooms, and kitchen fully cleaned • Furniture detailed • Full space refresh to maintain quality ⸻ Why This Works This model allows us to: • Keep pricing lower than traditional venues • Maintain flexibility for bookings • Create a space that stays clean and functional throughout the day ⸻ Important Note If the space is left in a condition that requires excessive cleaning, a cleaning fee may be applied. ⸻ We’ve found that when everyone does a small part, the space stays excellent for everyone.
