The studio features two large worktables with seating for up to 14, making it ideal for workshops, small events, or collaborative work sessions. Natural light fills the space through the front windows, with the option to close the curtains for full privacy when needed. Floor-to-ceiling white curtains in the middle of the unit provide a clean, neutral backdrop—perfect for photography, content creation, or styling. In the back, a small kitchenette adds convenience for longer rentals, while open shelving throughout the studio can be used for staging, displaying products, or hosting a pop-up gallery. Free parking and coffee shops/restaurants nearby makes access easy for you and your guests. This studio is also an active workspace for working artists and light onsite support may be available during your booking for quick adjustments or questions. All tools, materials, and supplies within the space are strictly off-limits to renters. Any use, removal, or tampering with these items will result in an additional fee.
