The home blends Tampa’s pirate lore, Cigar City history, custom mural art, and moody design with highly functional spaces for both productivity and fun. Whether you’re hosting a leadership retreat, team-building event, creative workshop, client experience, or company celebration, the atmosphere feels unique, inviting, and far from ordinary. At the center of the space is a large, fully functional kitchen that works beautifully for shared meals, private chefs, catered events, and hospitality setup. The property also includes a variety of indoor and outdoor spaces that make it easy to move naturally between focused conversation, breakout moments, and relaxed social time. Guests can enjoy a pool, hot tub, rooftop lounge, poolside entertainment areas, outdoor kitchen, BBQ, pizza oven, and private putt-putt course. A detached game lounge by the pool creates a flexible space for brainstorming, breakout meetings, casual team bonding, or creative sessions, with shuffleboard, foosball, ping-pong, skee-ball, a TV, speakers, and a mini fridge. Inside, the shared living and dining spaces continue the experience with a pool table, poker table, dartboard, karaoke machine, and acoustic guitar, creating an environment that feels both elevated and approachable. For added flexibility, folding tables, table covers, and additional chairs may be available with advance request for meetings, workshops, and styled gatherings. Optional snack and soft beverage packages may also be stocked and staged prior to arrival, and decorating services for company-themed events may be available upon request. Lighting and podcast equipment are also available upon request for creative productions.

In addition to professional cleaning between every booking, Gaspar’s Luxury Estate is equipped with advanced indoor air purification technology for guest safety and comfort. We’ve installed UV lights on the HVAC coils and HALO-LED® in-duct air purifiers in the plenum. These devices use zero-ozone REME-LED® technology to actively reduce airborne bacteria, viruses, mold, odors, and allergens throughout the home. The HALO-LED® system is CARB certified, meets UL 2998 Zero Ozone standards, and improves overall indoor air quality for a safer, healthier stay.
