Logistics, Layout & Crew Boundaries Please read carefully before booking: This bar is an enclosed, private room located inside a larger historic building. The building's main lobby is a shared, public space and is strictly off-limits for production.All shooting, gear staging, video village, craft services, and talent holding must be 100% contained within the footprint of the bar itself. The Set: The bar offers a cozy, highly controllable environment for your gaffer and DP. The natural ambient light from the skylight can be mixed with the moody red glow of our practical lighting. Power: Built-in electrical outlets are conveniently located along the communal tables for easy monitor and equipment setup. Load-In: The venue is fully wheelchair accessible for rolling heavy grip carts and camera cases, but crews must be respectful and efficient when loading gear through the shared building corridors.
