    À propos du lieu

This Brooklyn apartment is a warm, character-filled space with an elevated, lived-in feel. It offers beautiful natural light, thoughtful interiors, and a mix of softness and structure that photographs especially well. The space works well for: - photo shoots - video shoots - content creation - interviews - brand/editorial shoots - fittings - small creative meetings - intimate women’s gatherings or salons The aesthetic is refined, soulful, and distinctly Brooklyn — a mix of elegance, texture, and comfort rather than a blank studio look. It feels personal, atmospheric, and visually rich on camera. What makes the space special - strong natural light - tasteful, layered interiors - warm neutral palette - editorial / lifestyle backdrop - intimate and welcoming feel - ideal for smaller, design-conscious productions Best for - fashion / beauty / lifestyle shoots - founder content days - talking-head interviews - social media content - small brand shoots - intimate dinner concepts or women’s events Included - main living area - styled dining/seating areas - kitchen access for light use - bathroom access - Wi-Fi - natural daylight

Mesures de santé et de sécurité

The space is cleaned and reset before each booking. High-touch surfaces, bathrooms, kitchen counters, tables, and commonly used areas are thoroughly cleaned between guests. Floors are vacuumed or swept as needed, trash is removed, and the space is checked to ensure it is tidy, fresh, and ready for arrival. To help keep the apartment in good condition, guests are asked to leave the space in the same general condition in which they found it. Any moved furniture, props, or equipment should be returned to its original place before departure unless arranged otherwise in advance. For larger productions or heavier-use bookings, an additional cleaning fee may apply.
