The space is cleaned and reset before each booking.
High-touch surfaces, bathrooms, kitchen counters, tables, and commonly used areas are thoroughly cleaned between guests. Floors are vacuumed or swept as needed, trash is removed, and the space is checked to ensure it is tidy, fresh, and ready for arrival.
To help keep the apartment in good condition, guests are asked to leave the space in the same general condition in which they found it. Any moved furniture, props, or equipment should be returned to its original place before departure unless arranged otherwise in advance.
For larger productions or heavier-use bookings, an additional cleaning fee may apply.
