STU 22 is a four-room creative venue in Wapping, East London, five minutes from Wapping Overground, with a DJ booth, a PA system and a 24-hour premises licence on The Portal. THE SPACES The Infinity Cove - from £120/hr. An all-white cyclorama, 16ft x 16ft with 12ft ceilings and a seamless curved corner, so the room can be lit any colour you like. Large window with a blackout roller blind. Half day £450 for five hours, full day £850 for ten hours. The Blackout Studio - from £110/hr. A fully light-sealed matte black room, 26ft x 19ft with 12ft ceilings. Nothing bounces and nothing leaks, which makes it the room for screenings, projections and club-style lighting at any hour. Half day £400, full day £800. The DJ Studio - £35/hr. A soundproofed, sound-treated DJ room with Denon DJ Prime decks on a STU 22 branded booth, two SOUNDBOKS Gen 4 speakers and oak slat acoustic walls. The Focusrite Music Studio - £50/hr. An official Focusrite partner studio, acoustically treated and isolated, for live recording, interviews and podcast capture on the night. The Portal, both music rooms together - £70/hr.
