Minimum hire is one hour, so a short meeting costs the price of a short meeting. THE ROOMS The Infinity Cove - from £120/hr. An all-white cyclorama, 16ft x 16ft with 12ft ceilings and a seamless curved corner. Large window with a blackout roller blind. Half day £450 for five hours, full day £850 for ten hours. The Blackout Studio - from £110/hr. A fully light-sealed matte black room, 26ft x 19ft with 12ft ceilings. Nothing bounces and nothing leaks, so screenings, presentations and controlled-light filming work at any hour. Half day £400, full day £800. The Focusrite Music Studio - £50/hr. An official Focusrite partner studio, acoustically treated and isolated. Focusrite Scarlett 18i16, two ADAM Audio A77H monitors, a Novation 61SL MkIII MIDI keyboard, a Novation Circuit Rhythm groovebox and a RODE NT-USB microphone. The room most teams use for podcasts, voiceover and interview audio. The DJ Studio - £35/hr. A soundproofed private DJ room with Denon DJ Prime decks, two SOUNDBOKS Gen 4 speakers and oak slat acoustic walls. Used for DJ sessions, livestreams, content filming and radio recording. Open 08:00 to 22:00 seven days a week, and The Portal holds a 24-hour premises licence so late-night and early-morning sessions can be arranged on request. The studio is on the first floor.
