A portion of our 12,000 sq ft industrial warehouse on Atlanta's West End Beltline is available for certain types of short-term rental use. This large warehouse features 18' high ceilings, concrete industrial floors and brick walls. It is currently an active hub with existing tenants that represent a range of businesses including by-appointment vintage clothing, furniture, art and housewares sales, van customization, golf simulator, etc. (Boggs Social is a bar/music spot in the front of the building, not a part of this open warehouse area.) Rental space available on the exterior of the property (walkway, large dock adjacent to brick walls) or inside amidst the existing tenants (no demising walls). Best suited for low-impact creative pursuits, rent this unique area for artist space, photography or videography sessions, hands-on art workshops, small-group painting/sculpture sessions, pop-up galleries, temporary storage of props and materials between shoots, etc. Events like non-profit gatherings, classes, intimate artist meetups or styling sessions work well, but we prioritize uses that respect the shared environment and work within the constraints (e.g., Boggs is a music venue and has regular very loud late night music events.) We are open to other ideas that would be a good fit. Easy access, ample parking, and proximity to West End hotspots make it a go-to for Atlanta creators seeking inspiration in a non-private, community-driven space.
