Hosting a small event, party or gathering? Consider our spacious backyard in the lower mainland! Our space consists of three main areas: a covered patio, the pool deck, and a grass lawn. The covered patio includes a cozy seating area with two large sofas, a dining area that seats eight, a private bathroom with a shower, and a well lit outdoor kitchen equipped with a gas bbq, gas stove burner, and wood burning pizza oven. Adjacent to the covered area is the hot tub and an open area with seating for lounging in the sun or dancing. A few steps down brings you to the pool deck which features our beautiful inground pool. This area provides seating for five with three sun loungers for tanning and a sun umbrella for a shady spot to sit and sip. Finally we take the last set of steps down to the spacious fenced in grass lawn. This area is perfect for outdoor birthday parties, family reunions, baby and bridal showers, and garden party picnics! The perimeter of the fence is lit with string lights for a cozy, romantic ambience well into the evening. The lower lawn area also includes a gravel pit with a gazebo and propane fire pit for summer night conversations. Trash cans are provided but the used bags must go home with you. Guests must take all trash upon end of booking. ​ RESTRICTIONS *No pets. *No nails, screws, staples, tape or gummed backed materials may be used to attach or affix anything to the furniture, walls, or building. *No glitter, powder poppers or confetti of any kind is allowed on site. *No sparklers, Roman candles, or fire producing gags or effects. *No face painting, hand paints, stains, or other similar activity allowed. ​ INSURANCE: Additional Event Insurance is required and may be obtained through Eventhelper.com. Please list the host as additional insured. ​ DOOR MANAGEMENT: High-traffic Events (ie: large groups or rentals with multiple people cycling in and out during the evening) will require someone from the Guest's team to help manage building access. ​ EARLY DROP OFFS & LATE PICKUPS: Early drop offs of equipment or set up outside normal booking hours may require an additional fee per scheduled appointment. ​ IMPORTANT: Please consider your setup and teardown needs for the evening and factor time into your booking accordingly.
