Four massive sliding glass doors open up completely, connecting the indoor studio to the outdoor pavilion to create one massive, open-concept entertainment area. It is ideal for small celebrations, micro-weddings, family gatherings, workshops, photo shoots, and corporate team-building retreats. The Indoor Studio & Reception: Step inside to a comfortable, climate-controlled reception area that comfortably hosts 8-10 guests. The indoor area includes a clean, fully equipped restroom with a shower and a handy kitchen area for food prep and staging. The Covered Pavilion & Outdoor Kitchen: Open the sliding glass doors to access our massive 16' x 16' covered pavilion, built to entertain 10–12 additional guests. It features a fully functional outdoor kitchen, making it the ultimate spot for open-air dining, barbecues, and socializing while enjoying the country breeze. Amenities Included: Seamless Open-Concept Layout: Four oversized sliding glass doors blend the indoor and outdoor areas into one fluid space. Kitchen Facilities: Both indoor prep space and an outdoor kitchen area. Full Restroom: Includes a clean toilet, sink, and shower. Cleaning Procedures & Guest Responsibilities: To keep our countryside studio pristine for every booking, we maintain high standards of cleanliness. We ask that guests respect the space and leave it in a tidy condition. Trash Disposal: Please place all trash and recyclables in the designated outdoor bins before checking out. Kitchen Care: Wipe down countertops and appliances used in both the indoor and outdoor kitchens. Please ensure the grill/cooking surfaces are turned off and lightly scraped. Spills & Messes: Wipe up any major spills immediately to prevent staining on the floors or pavilion deck. Furniture Placement: Please return all indoor and outdoor furniture to its original layout. Sliding Doors: Ensure all 4 sliding glass doors are fully closed and locked upon departure to protect the climate-controlled indoor space. Our Professional Turnover Standards: Between every single booking, our professional cleaning team thoroughly sanitizes the venue to ensure a safe, spotless experience. Our routine includes: Mopping and sanitizing all indoor hard floors. Power-washing or sweeping the 16'x16' outdoor pavilion floor. Deep cleaning and disinfecting the restroom, shower, and sinks. Sanitizing all high-touch surfaces, including light switches, doorknobs, and the sliding glass door handles.
