Our Creative Content Pods were designed specifically for solo creators, influencers, entrepreneurs, small business owners, students, and anyone working on a small project who doesn’t need to rent an entire studio. Located inside the historic former Urban Outfitters building, these pods were originally dressing rooms that have been thoughtfully transformed into creative content spaces. Each pod offers its own unique look, giving creators an inspiring environment to capture content, photos, videos, and creative projects in a short amount of time. Whether you’re filming a few Reels, updating your social media, capturing product photos, creating content for your business, working on a school project, or simply bringing an idea to life, these spaces make it easy to create without the commitment or cost of a large studio rental. Designed with quick sessions in mind, the Creative Content Pods are perfect for creators who only need an hour or two to get in, create, and get back to their day. We take great pride in providing a clean, professional, and welcoming environment for every guest. To ensure a positive experience for everyone, the following cleaning procedures are in place: Before Your Arrival • The space is inspected and cleaned prior to each reservation. • High-touch surfaces, tables, seating areas, and common spaces are sanitized between bookings. • Trash is removed and the space is reset for incoming guests. During Your Reservation • Cleaning stations and cleaning supplies are available throughout the space for guest use. • We encourage guests to wipe down surfaces as needed and promptly clean any spills. • Guests are responsible for maintaining the condition of the space throughout their reservation. • Food, beverages, props, equipment, and personal belongings should remain organized and supervised at all times. Before Departure • Please remove all personal items, production equipment, decorations, props, and materials brought into the space. • Dispose of trash in the designated receptacles provided throughout the venue. • Any spills should be cleaned immediately using the cleaning supplies provided. • Furniture, décor, and equipment should be returned to their original locations unless otherwise instructed by our team. After Your Reservation • Our team conducts a post-booking walkthrough and cleaning process before the next guest arrives. • Floors, common areas, restrooms, and frequently touched surfaces are inspected and refreshed as needed. • Any excessive cleaning, damage, stains, or trash left behind may result in additional cleaning fees. Our Goal Our goal is simple: leave the space in the same condition you found it. By working together, we can ensure that every creator, production team, client, and guest enjoys a clean, professional, and inspiring environment.

Les invités peuvent annuler leur réservation de 7 jours à 24 heures avant l'heure de début de leur événement et recevoir un remboursement de 50 % (frais non compris) du prix de leur réservation.
