Cleaning Process
Our home is professionally cleaned and inspected before every reservation to ensure it is in pristine condition for your event.
Before Every Booking
Entire home is professionally cleaned and sanitized.
All floors are vacuumed and mopped.
Kitchen countertops, appliances, and dining areas are disinfected.
Bathrooms are thoroughly sanitized and stocked with fresh hand towels and toiletries.
High-touch surfaces including door handles, light switches, railings, remotes, and countertops are disinfected.
Outdoor entertaining areas, pool deck, patios, and furniture are cleaned and inspected.
Fire pits, fountains, and pool area are checked to ensure they are guest-ready.
Trash and recycling are removed from previous bookings.
After Every Booking
The property undergoes a complete deep cleaning.
All indoor and outdoor spaces are inspected for damage.
Furniture is returned to its original placement.
Linens and towels are professionally laundered.
Any maintenance items are addressed before the next guest arrives.
We ask all guests to treat the home with care and leave it in generally the same condition in which it was found. While we handle all professional cleaning, excessive trash, stains, or damage may result in additional cleaning fees as outlined in our house rules.
