This is a great space for a lifestyle photoshoot, cooking show or home production. This listing is for the first floor only and back yard. The first floor has an open floor concept. You will have access to the kitchen, one half bathroom, back patio and backyard. We do offer two folding tables, folding chairs, and a grill. The patio has a sectional and high top table and chairs. The backyard has a playground and trampoline which is off limits. The space is furnished and can seat 18 people. Our home is located in a neighborhood and the homes are built close together.

* Scrub sink basin and faucet.
* Remove water spots and polish stainless steel surfaces.
* Clean drain area.

5. Cabinets
* Wipe cabinet fronts and handles.
* Spot clean marks and fingerprints.
6. Trash
* Empty trash can.
* Replace liner and wipe trash can if needed.
7. Floors
* Sweep or vacuum thoroughly.
* Mop floors, paying attention to corners and under cabinets.
Living Room Cleaning Process
1. Dusting
* Dust ceiling fans, vents, light fixtures, shelves, and furniture.
* Dust picture frames, electronics, and décor.
2. High Touch Surfaces
* Disinfect light switches, remote controls, door handles, and frequently touched surfaces.
3. Furniture
* Wipe tables, entertainment centers, and hard furniture surfaces.
* Vacuum upholstered furniture and cushions.
* Straighten cushions and arrange furniture neatly.
4. Windows and Glass
* Clean mirrors and glass surfaces.
* Spot clean interior windows if needed.
5. Baseboards and Corners
* Dust or wipe baseboards.
* Remove cobwebs from corners and ceilings.
6. Floors
* Vacuum carpets and rugs thoroughly.
* Sweep and mop hard floors.
* Vacuum edges and under accessible furniture.
7. Final Staging
* Arrange pillows and décor.
* Ensure room appears clean, organized, and inviting.
