Cleaning & Maintenance Disclaimer Guests are expected to maintain the Visionary Studios Downtown LA Art District Private Office Space in a clean and respectful condition during their booking. By reserving this space, guests agree to the following: The space must be left in the same general condition it was found in upon arrival. All trash, personal items, and disposable materials must be properly removed or placed in designated bins before departure. Any spills, stains, or messes must be cleaned immediately using provided or appropriate cleaning supplies. Furniture, décor, and equipment should be returned to their original placement after use. The photography backdrop and all amenities must be handled with care and left clean and undamaged. A cleaning fee may be charged if the space is left excessively dirty, requires additional sanitation, or if additional cleaning time is needed beyond standard turnover. This includes, but is not limited to, trash left behind, food waste, spills, or improper use of amenities. Guests are responsible for any damages or excessive cleaning required as a result of their booking. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming creative environment for all guests.
