House Rules Welcome! We want you to have a wonderful stay. Please help us keep the home clean, safe, and comfortable by following these rules. Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be respectful of neighbors and keep noise to a reasonable level during this time. No parties, events, or large gatherings are allowed. Only registered guests may stay on the property unless approved in advance. No smoking or vaping inside the home. Any smoke odor or damage may result in an additional cleaning fee. No pets are allowed unless approved in advance. No candles, incense, or open flames are allowed inside the home. Child Safety Notice This property has balconies, stairways, and railings that may pose a fall or climbing risk for young children. Guests are responsible for supervising children at all times, especially near balconies, stairs, railings, windows, and outdoor areas. By booking this property, guests acknowledge these risks and agree to take appropriate safety precautions during their stay. Please treat the home with care. Report any damage, spills, or issues as soon as possible. Please remove all shoes when entering the house and any filming equipment must have protective covers to not scratch the floor. Please lock all doors and windows when leaving the property. Before Leaving Please: Put all dirty dishes in the dishwasher. Take the trash out to the green garbage can outside. Turn off lights.
