Our studio is an open-concept warehouse designed for creative work of every kind: film and photo shoots, workshops, events, and everything in between. Exposed ceilings and clean, industrial lines give it a flexible blank-canvas feel that adapts to whatever look you're going for. A large parking lot and a private alleyway make load-in and load-out simple, whether you're hauling gear, vehicles, or oversized set pieces. Overhead, a full ceiling grid system lets you rig lights, curtains, and set pieces exactly where you need them. The space is fully heated and air-conditioned, so your crew and talent stay comfortable in any season. We include 12 colored seamless backdrops at no extra charge, just handle them with care. Booties are available to rent on-site, and any tears, holes, or footprints on backdrops incur a $10 per foot damage fee.
