Your rental includes access to our dining room, 2 ADA bathrooms and an expansive outdoor space directly overlooking Rondout Creek. Our Main Dining Room can comfortably accommodate a sit-down dinner for 50 guests, or can be arranged with mixed seating (a blend of sit/stand cocktail tables) for a lively reception of up to 62 guests. Our outdoor area features a fire pit and market lights for evening gatherings, plus partially-covered picnic tables for shaded, relaxed outdoor dining under the trees. A tent can be added to the outdoor area. (Required for events larger than 60 people) We offer a unique mix of DIY flexibility and full-service luxury to make your event exactly what you want it to be. You can choose to rent just the space and bring in your own outside caterer (additional fee applies), or opt for our complete in-house food and beverage offerings from our very own James Beard nominated chef.
